"Failed to use the selected gateway"

Multiple people at my organization having this issue. The gateway (in green letters) says it is up and running. Here is the error message:

 

"Failed to use the selected gateway. Please make sure the gateway is up and running and try again."

Yes same here, so think it is a service problem rather than localised.  Our existing reports using gateways are fine, just adding new ones

Hi @ChrisCrocker 

1. Will the same error be reported when the administrator of this gateway selects selected gateway?

2. Does this currently occur for all users, or some users?

3. When did this question happen? Did you update the version of the gateway?

@Anonymous This issue is happening for everyone including the admin for new datasets that use multiple sources (or maybe it's about multiple gateway connectors, haven't tested separately). We noticed the issue starting on Friday 12/16 but it's possible the issue existed a day or 2 before that. Our admin just updated to the most recent version of the gateway but the issues persists.

 

@awright thanks for sharing the link to the other post from last week. That is definitley the exact same issue we are seeing here.
