"Failed to use the selected gateway"

Multiple people at my organization having this issue. The gateway (in green letters) says it is up and running. Here is the error message:

"Failed to use the selected gateway. Please make sure the gateway is up and running and try again."

I have same problem when i tried to refresh the dataset.

got below error. Its SQL database datasource trying to referesh data from the database.
