"Cannot load model" data error

I'm having an issue with some stakeholders within our organization unable to access a dashboard because of a "Cannot load model" error. The data is sourced from an Azure DB. image (4).png

Which data source in thie report you have used?

If you are the creator of this report and the data source is like SSAS, you need to check that whether you have configured on-primise gateway correctly first.

See: Manage your data source - Analysis Services

If the report is shared with you, you may need the corresponding license and access to this report, free licsense could not view the report under pro workspcaes.

Hi Yingjie,

Thanks for the response.

I am the creator - I have the gateway up and running. Some users (domestically and internationally) have no issues accessing this report (and refreshing it) through PBI service while others receive the error I included in the post. I've confirmed that all users have PBI PRO licenses and I'm using SQL SERVER ANALYSIS SERVICES as the data source.
