I have been receiving e-mails for two months saying that the payment could not be made due to a problem with the card.
If I try to enter the link they send me it says that I am not an administrator and I cannot modify it.
I am the administrator of the account, and there is no way, also I enter in powerbi and it tells me that I have no active subscription.
What can I do? I don't want to have any outstanding debts.
