problem with payment emails

I have been receiving e-mails for two months saying that the payment could not be made due to a problem with the card.
If I try to enter the link they send me it says that I am not an administrator and I cannot modify it.
I am the administrator of the account, and there is no way, also I enter in powerbi and it tells me that I have no active subscription.
What can I do? I don't want to have any outstanding debts.

You may have an outdated or invalid credit card information in your Microsoft 365 admin center. You can try to update your payment method.
You may have a different account that is the global administrator of your Power BI subscription. You can check your account role and permissions by following the steps in Service interruption notifications - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

If it doesn‘t help,
