on premises data gateway installation has failed !!

Hello guys, I'm facing the following error when installing on-premises data gateway the on-premises data gateway installation has failed I can't solve it please help me any one help me 🙏

Hi @great5hunter ,


Please verify that your system meets the [minimum requirements for installing the on-premises data gateway.

and you may try Right-click the installer and select "Run as administrator" to ensure the installation has the necessary permissions.

Install an on-premises data gateway | Microsoft Learn

Temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software that might be blocking the installation,so please check Antivirus and Firewall.

Ensure that your Windows is up to date with the latest patches and updates and delete the contents of the `C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Temp` folder to clear any temporary files that might be causing conflicts.

If you have a previous version of the gateway installed, uninstall it before attempting a new installation and remember to install the gateway in the default location instead of a custom path.
