gateway is configured correctly but is unreachable due to local network connectivity problem

Hi,

We are getting this error on our gate and we already trying the following things without success:
1. Updated the latest version
2. Restart the service
3. Firewall is already disabled

Error:

None of gateway instances within this cluster are connected. Please find more details below about specific errors for each gateway instance.
