Fix PowerBI authentication for embedded reports in Sway APP

I have tested on my side, it works well

I used Edge with inprivate mode test it.

Thank you for your response. I see your screen shot is using Sway through Edge. I can also use PowerBI in Sway as a webapp, but it does not work in the Sway App.
