cant logout of PBIS

Im trying to logout of PBIS but it doesnt seem to let me, it just keeps me logged in...?

here it is after I thought I logged out, its the same page with the signout option available and all my workspaces accessable.

I fixed this,

my browser had saved the login password, so when I attempted logout, it kept logging me back in immediately.
