Xero Service not appearing in Get Data...

I'm following the instructions as per https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-connect-to-xero but the Xero service simply does not appear. I've searched for it in multiple ways and connected using a different account and different browser.

From browsing these community forums it appears other people are using the service so I cannot understand what is going wrong here.

Any assistance or advice greatly appreciated.

I've never tried accessing it before but now that it is back I definitely get asked for a Pro license.

Hi,

I am experiencing the same issue where following the link in Connect to Xero with Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs to find Xero template app on Power BI service. 

I also tried to find it through get data and search Xero and nothing has appeared.

May I check if this is the same issue as above?
