Viz Formatting Options Inconsistent between Instances

I'm recreating a report from one file in another, so I have two instances of Power BI open.  The formatting options for the multi-row card from the original file includes "Card Title" among the items such as "Data labels", "Category labels", etc.  The new file I'm working with has no such option.

I cannot repro the same issue in latest Sep 2017 version of PBI Desktop. Please refer to my screenshot below. Could you please provide a screenshot for your repro?

I find that if we create a Multi-row card and drag a numeric column into Fields, the Card Title option cannot be found. However if we drag a text column into Fields, the Card Title option will be available.

 

I’ve reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 49086724
I’ll post here once I get any update about it.

I’ve got response from the Product Team.

 

By Design. Each Row for multi-row-card can have multiple fields, and fields can be numeric or a dimension. If there is only one Dimension, it is a Card Title conceptually spanning all columns (values). If there are multiple dimensions, then they get their own column like values, and there is no Card Title in this case either. Card Title only shows up if you have one dimensional field and N values.
