Visuals with DAX date based filters cannot load the data in Power BI Service

Just this morning, some reports that have been using DAX for date based filters suddenly cannot display the visual.  These visuals do work in PBI Desktop.  Once published to the serivce, they work for less than a minute.  Below is an example of what happens when the visual has this filter: 

IsCurrentQuarter = IF(QUARTER(Date[Date]) = QUARTER(TODAY()) && YEAR(Date[Date])=YEAR(TODAY()),"Y","N" )

Was there an update to PBI Serice that is rendering date-based DAX filters unusable?

Hi  @melany ,

 

Does the same problem exist in Power BI Desktop?
Have these reports worked properly in the past?
Please provide us with your PowerBI Service version information.

In Power BI Desktop, there is no problem.
Yes, the reports have worked properly in the past.
Service version13.0.20105.44 .
