Vertical alignment is aligning incorrectly

The vertical aligment button highlighted below actually aligns to the center, and the center align button aligns to the bottom. Has anyone else had this issue? I noticed multiple comments in other posts about submitting a ticket, but I wasn't able to find where to do this. I'm not an admin on our PBI server.

It looks like this was happening to me when I had multiple lines of text on a button. For some reason when I have 1 line of text it appears to function correctly.

The latest version of Power BI Desktop works fine for me. You might need to adjust the size of button.

Same issue.  Hosted MS site ignoring alignment.

 

Recent issue, within the last 2 weeks.

Only a single line of text in the button.  

Adjusting size of button has no effect.
