Usage Metrics and Dormant Status of Dashboard

Hello

 

I've created a report and related dashboard to view online and from mobile. I know that users have viewed the report on line, and the dashboard viewed mostly via mobile app. However the usage metric does not including mobile views. Is it possible to include this in the usage metrics?

 

Also, I've been notified that the report and dashboard are dormant....As the dataset type is import mode and the data refereshed every other day, I cannot see how it is possible for the report or dashboard to go dormant. Could someone please help?

 

Not sure if these are an isolated issues?

I too am seeing no activity in the "Report Usage Metrics" for two reports which I know users have accessed > 24 hours earlier. Both reports show 0 accesses. 

 

I see some tickets from 2018 with regard to this same issue. 

 

Please advise - this is one of the key features as we attempt to shift to Power BI.
