Usage Metrics Report - Not updating.

Hello, 

The usage metrics report has stopped working since last week. 2020/08/18 was the last date of refresh.

Prior to that, the usage metrics report werent also working in July after which a fix was applied by MS team in August but now its not working again. 

Can we please know what the issue here is and possible fix.
