I am having trouble getting my data from my Azure SQL database. The credentials I used is fine when trying to log in from the Azure SQL Query Editor.

Just see from the message above, the key point here is the error message "The user name or password is incorrect.". Please check it out and try it again. I tested it successfully.

Please also check out the firewall of Azure. Can you access the data source remotely? Maybe you can connect to the Azure SQL with SQL Server Management Studio for test.
