Unable to view shared reports, receiving message "service not available"

I am trying to view a report that has been shared with me, and am receiving a message that says "Service not available" when attempting to do so.


The reports work fine on the web app, but I'm unable to view them on Mobile. Please help!

Are you able to view other shared reports in Power BI mobile app? 

Do you use Power BI mobile app on iOS or Android device? Please update your Power BI mobile app to the latest version.
