Unable to view data in reports on shared dashboard

Hi,

We created and shared a dashboard with a set of people but only the owner can view the reports and everyone else sees blank with an 'X' on the report, any reason for this and what can we change?

What is the data source of your dashboard? Is there any error message or other information about the "X" on the report?
