Unable to update PowerBI

Hello, I am unable to download the last Power BI update from the Microsoft store. I have attempted to troubleshoot in a variety of ways. Any suggestions?

Hi @btwinter31 ,

 

Please try ：

1. Check your internet connection to make sure it's stable and strong enough to download the update.
2. Clear the Microsoft Store cache by typing "wsreset" into the Windows search bar and running the command.
3. Try resetting the Microsoft Store app by going to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Store > Advanced options > Reset.
4. Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
