Unable to create data source for Web API Connection

I have this issue where my on-premise gateway is working fine for everything except this Web Anonymous API , I get this error message:

Unable to create data source. Unable to connect to the data source. Either the data source is inaccessible, a connection timeout occurred, or the data source credentials are invalid. Please verify the data source configuration and contact a data source administrator to troubleshoot this issue

Can you reproduce the steps you took to create the data source with a video or screenshot?

Below is how I have set it up the datasource and when I skip the test connection, it allow me to bypass and create this datasource but when I refresh this report on the PBI service I get the following error:

I found the solution, the server the on-prem gateway is installed on didn't have access to internet until I try accesing and promtoted for my intrernet user name and password, once that was done i tried refreshing the PBI WEB SERVICE REFRESH and it worked fine.
