Unable to Import data from JIRA

Hello Support,

We are currently trying to import data from JIRA 7.3.1 to Power BI via the JIRA Service Plugin on Power BI. The authentication Settings set are Basic and after we finish off the wizard. No data is being imported after which some time the attached error is being omitted. When querying JIRA directly via the API data is being returned.

Are you using on Premises JIRA or the cloud service? Currently the content pack will work only with the cloud version.
