We have two users who have recently been rejected from viewing a report. Each time they try to access it they receive an error stating that they need a pro license to access it. Out of 235 users these two are the only ones receiving this error and nothing has changed with their accounts. Their roles are set to "Viewer" just like all other users, and the license has been applied to them through our Azure Power BI group. Can we get some assistance as to why this is happening?
