Tornado chart no longer works on PowerBi web while it works on PowerBi Desktop

Hi there

 

I'm using Tornado Chart 2.1.0 and since 2 days it doesn't work anymore on PowerBi service while I've no problem to display the chart on PowerBi Desktop.

It seems the PowerBi web doesnt recognize the visual even if the visual is certified and I've used the latest version. Anyway up to two days ago it was OK 

 

On web I've this error:

Hi @Frankie_Vannini ,

 

I’ve tested with Tornado chart on service version(13.0.18082.40, 2204.2.10821-train). As you can see, it works well.

Could you please try these steps if you still have problems on it?

1 Refresh the page or switch to other browsers to see whether issue still happens

2 Republish your report

 

After that, if issue exits, could you please tell me more details about how you create this visual? Or if it is convenient for you, could you please provide a download link of a sample pbix file that contains your issue? Thanks in advance! And waiting for your reply!

today it works. I've done nothing different from two days ago and the Dashboard is still the same published two days ago.

I thin it was the same issue that hit the forecast line. Now also the forecast line works as well on service.

Anyway thanks for your help

Unfortunately it happens again.

That is very strange. Few hours ago it worked, now I've got this error again. Tried different browsers cleaning cache, however the chart is not displayed. I've tried Chrome and Edge (it seems PowerBi doesn't work with Firefox)

However I can see correctly the chart if I use PowerBi from Microsfyt Teams. 

Any Idea?
