From the error, it may be an error in getting data from the data source, is your data source a local data source? Please check if the gateway and credentials of the data source are configured incorrectly. Check in "settings".

Thanks for your reply.

 

The data set refresh already done and I can also open the dashboard in Power BI, but when send email notification, the chart not show and get the error message email 'Visual errors were encountered while rendering the artifact.'
