formatting and Alignments of visuals

Hi,

I have been struggling in getting a similar sized visuals when using a FORMAT PAINT option. I was able to get the format but not the correct size of the copied format. It would be great if you could bring that.

Also, it would be great if you could enable a size gap option between visuals like in AutoCad. which could help us in setting the visuals equally aligned both veritically and horizontally.

Hi @Max19 ,

When you use the Format Painter, it copies the formatting but not the size. To ensure your visuals are the same size, you can manually adjust the size of each visual after applying the format. You can do this by selecting the visual and adjusting the height and width in the Format pane under the General section.

For aligning visuals equally both vertically and horizontally, you can use the gridlines and snap-to-grid features in Power BI Desktop. While there isn't a built-in feature to set a specific size gap like in AutoCAD, you can manually adjust the position of each visual using the X and Y coordinates in the Format pane under the General section.

Hope it helps!

But this snap this adjustment with the numbers takes a bit of number. So, I was looking for some better features inside the canvas.

All those you mentioned are already known to me but they are imo are time taking.
