Solutions tried:
1. Resolved the errors from the loading of tables (with exclamation sign).
2. Downloaded the report and uploaded it again. The downloaded report worked fine on Power BI Desktop.

Hi @cooper-postman,

1. Which visual exactly?

2. What's the data source?

3. Import? Or Direct Query?

4. Were there any message when loading of tables?

5. If possible for you to share the pbix file? Please mask the confidential part first.

Best Regards,

Dale

Hi @v-jiascu-msft,

Information for the above asked questions:

1. It is happening to multiple views, so the root problem could be the loading part of data itself.

2. Data source is Redshift. But there are other tiles as well which is using the same source (in terms of database, not in terms of table) and those views are working fine.

3. It's a Direct Query.

4. There was initially an error because of one column's unavailability (because of schema changes), but I refreshed the table and the issue was resolved from loading side but not from view side.

5. The data being used here is confidential, therefore I won't be able to share the .pbix file. I will try to mimic the problem using a sample dataset and I am not too sure if that would work.

In addition to the above information, these views were working fine until last week when the views suddenly started failing.

Best,

Shubham

Hi Shubham,

The possible solution is tidying your model in Desktop and publish it to the Service again due to there were schema changes.

Or, please provide Fiddler trace and I can consult the Product Team.

IMPORTANT: mask the confidential info first and send me a private message. If your data is very sensitive, I'm afraid you have to create a support ticket here

1. Tracing Power BI with fiddler. Please refer to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Fs3CVAw9lk.

2. Simple guide to use Fiddler.

1) Close other tabs of browser except Power BI Service.

2) Open Fiddler.

3) Set tracing Https.

4) Use Power BI Service, such as open report, refresh tab.

5) Save sessions.

Thanks a lot @v-jiascu-msft.

I have found the issue. Power BI could not render the `Boolean` fields. When I converted these fields to `Text`, everything started working fine.
