Themes are affecting the Filters pane

See attached file. With all Preview features turned off, the loaded theme is impacting the Filters pane and making it unreadable.

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.

Hello Power BI Team, I am facing a UI bug in Power BI Desktop related to the Filter Pane when using Dark Mode. **Issue description:** When Power BI Desktop is set to Application Dark Mode, the Filter Pane background turns completely black, and the filter labels/text become very dark or almost invisible. This makes the filter pane unreadable and unusable. **Observed behavior:** * Filter Pane background appears black * Filter text (field names, conditions, Apply filter button) is not readable * Dropdown controls appear white, but surrounding text remains dark * Changing Filter Pane background or text color from the Format pane does not fix the issue * Applying or modifying JSON themes does not resolve the problem **Expected behavior:** * Filter Pane text should automatically switch to a high-contrast color (e.g., white) in Dark Mode * Filter Pane background and text should remain readable, similar to visuals and slicers **Environment details:** * Product: Power BI Desktop * Mode: Application Dark Mode enabled * Issue reproducible with default theme as well as custom themes * Restarting Power BI or resetting themes does not permanently resolve the issue **Impact:** This significantly affects usability, accessibility, and professional dashboard delivery, especially for dark-themed reports. Users are forced to disable Dark Mode or hide the Filter Pane entirely. I have attached a screenshot showing the issue for reference.
