Help us with this issue, same "Teams activity analytics refresh is disabled" recurring mail is popping up yesterday and today.

I don't seem to have encountered similar problems in the past, can you show a detailed screenshot of the problem?
Have you tried refreshing a report that has been deleted in PowerBI?
