Table visual not populating with data (web app)

I have a report that I built in desktop that uses the table visual, when I push the report to the web app it shows fine until the first report refresh. after a scheduled refresh no data shows in web app. desktop shows fine. any ideas?

1. Which data source does the report get data from? 

2. Please go to the Refresh History, check if the schedule refresh is successful. 

3. When you mention there is no data shows, is there any error occurs? Does the table visual not show or table data display blank? 

4. Please download the report and open in Power BI desktop, check if the report has data.

@Vicky_Song No Error is shown, the table is displayed however the data is not populated in web app.

data source is a web url that is used for simlar reports with no issues

desktop works fine, data is populated 

web app

desktop had to remove some fields for security reasons. but the data is there
