Hello,
I believe Power Bi should have a way to check subscriptions before they are sent out. Examples of things that should be checked for:
- Did the data load? Meaning if it shows loading circles or if it is just blank why would that email be sent out?
- Do all user still have an active license? There is a check when you initially set up the subscriptions, but a lot can change with licesnes in a year so check tomake sure all is still up to data and let the owner know you were unable to send an email to a specific person.
If the these type of checks fail, then it would be nice to be notified and or not send the email until these things can be fixed.
