Subscribing users to report fails with errors

Hi,

I'm trying to add users to an email subscription on a page of a report within an App on Premium. There are already several dozen users/groups in that subscription list and it works fine, but if I try to add new users it fails with the below error message. I am a Power BI admin for our business. I've tried to raise a ticket for this, but cannot find a topic that is close to this problem.

Do you mean this error occurs when you add some users in "Update app" section, right? I have made a test on my side but couldn't reproduce this issue(premium account). My service version: 13.0.13524.230, Tenant: East US 2 (Virginia). If this issue persists, please clear the browser cache and check again.

Hi. No, not from the "Update App" section. From within the already published App, Subscribing using the button on this bar:

I have cleared my cache and the same error (well, the same error with different date/time etc) appears.

In case it makes a difference, I have some people that are on domains outside of the organisation in the subscription, but removing them still causes the same error to appear.
