Submit an Issue link not pointing directly to "issues" forum

The "Submit an issue" link in Power BI Service should lead directly to the "Issues" forum.

It currently points to the community and makes it not necessarily easy to to post in the right section.

Don't get me wrong, I love this community and you need to keep it open and easy to use for all.

So please, don't make it complicated to create an issue when you actually have a button on Power BI Service that is suposed to make that easy... 

More frustrating and prone to discourage users from posting their issues.
