Stacked bar chart are empy in PBI Service

I have a simple bar chart. It was working in both PBI Desktop and PBI Service, but now it only works in Desktop. I don't know if it has something to do with the last update, but it is the only thing I can imagine. I also noticed that more people are having problems with charts that have stopped working in PBI Service.

As you can see in the second image, I have older versions of the same report (different pbix files) and they are having the same problem.

I am using only two fields for this chart: Axis = Categories and Value = Measure.

Would you please share the issued pbix file with us? You can upload it to your Onedrive and send the link to me via private message. 

Please try different browsers to see if the same issue occurs. Also you can click on the Refresh button on the report page to see if any data display in the chart.
