SmartSheet cannot be added to data gateway

Cannot be added to gateway

Successfully have an on premise connection to SQL Sever.

My credentials did not change, but I re-entered them as a fix attempt & that did not solve it. Recently updated PoweBI version.

I should add it's just the gateway, I can still run a manual refresh successfully.

@Anonymous Thank you for taking the time to respond. 

Unfortunately I don't see the connect directly option under gateway connection.  This report uses both SqlSever and SmartSheet as a datasource.

I have the on premises set to 'on' for the SqlServer update.

The gateway is selected and then it lists the data sources included in the dataset: 

with SqlServer successfully mapping

and 'Extension{"extensionDataSourceKind":"Smartsheet","extensionDataSourcePath":"Smartsheet"}' as the other data source and for mapping says 'Cannot be added to gateway'
