Smart Guides with wrong reference

I updated my Power BI desktop to the June Release and the Smart Guides don't work properly - they try to align the top of the title lowercase text to a few pixels above the referenced visual. Also, when I shrink or expand the visuals they get completely out of place (sometimes it even changes Height when I change the Width value).

That seems to work fine for me. Take a look at this post and create a new support ticket for assistance if necessary.
