Slicer - when no items are selected then it is not modifying filter context to adhere to the filter

Steps to replicate the issue/bug:

1. In Power BI Desktop, click on Enter Data and create a table having 2 columns. In column 1, enter values 1-10; and in column 2, enter values a-j

2. Create a table visual with both these columns

3. Create a slicer visual with column 1

4. Click on the slicer visual, and under the filter pane choose advanced filter `is less than` 6.

5. Now your slicer will show values from 1 to 5

6. If you select any slicer value, the table visual will get filtered to show that record. However, if you dont select any value (or if you have enabled `select all` functionality and you do `select all`), then the table visual shows all values - that is 6, 7, 8, 9. 10. So the slicer filter isn't adhered to by the other visuals when no slicer items are selected (or when `select all` functionality is used)?

Your current filter is for slicer as a visual, not for the whole page, and the table values are definitely not filtered. What you need to do is to filter the corresponding data at the page level.

When you put column into the page hierarchy, you'll find that table gets filtered as well.

I agree that I have filtered the slicer.
