Slicer visual with slider bar has incorrect/unwanted tooltip

The slider bar on the slicer visual shows a tool tip for Start Time and End Time.  Not only does this get in the way, but it also shows a label that is incorrect (using a currency in this example) and cannot be edited.

Can we allow this pop up to be disabled?
