Slicer not working for some users

I have the week slicer set up in a date hierarchy and it works perfectly fine for some users on our instance. However we also have some users who see the same data regardless of their filter selection. 

Tested through different browsers and incognito modes, issue still the same for the same users. How should we proceed going forward?

Hi @petarstk 

Have you compared the difference between the two types of users? For example, access to view data? Normally, the same report, the same data, the same filter, and finally shared to the user, the user will see the same information. Unless you set up RLS, and then different users are granted different roles, which causes some filters to work and some not.
