Shared reports can not be seen

Hello dear friends. 

I create reports and share them with my colleagues. 2 days ago all my reports are not visible for all people I share it with.

Just can not figure out what is the problem.

Have you configured RLS (Row level Security) in your report? If you have, you can remove the users account from the role. If RLS is not the reason, could you please tell me which data source are you using? And can you see the report by your self?
