Shared Datasets - Manage Permissions not working

Hi, 

It seems that the users are not getting access to datasets permission (manange dataset) of a shared dataset when they are shared with a report based on the dataset. 

Below are the steps I am following

Scenario:

Workspace 1: holds the shared dataset

Workspace 2: A report based on the shared dataset

Steps:

Publish app of "Workspace 2" with the following options ticked and add "User 1"

The user has access to the app and the report, but doesn't get access to the dataset. When I check the "Manage permissions" of the shared dataset, I can't see "User 1" having access to the dataset

Previously, the access to the dataset was granted automatically. But it is not happening at the moment. If I add the user manually, everything works fine.

@Anonymous ,

Please check if the User1 has been added to the workspace2 when you publish the app. The user who has access to the workspace will not be shown in access list of app.

yes the user was added to "Workspace 2".
