Shape map visual can't change colours

SInce the May release of Power BI Desktop it is not possible to change the colours in a shape map visual with a custom map. As soon as you change the colour it moves back to the defult colour. This has not previously been an issue.

The same issue has reported. See: Shape Heat Map cannot change Data colours if colour saturation field is assigned.
