See Data mode issue via Azure PBI Embedding for "Line and Stacked Column Chart"

Hi All,

We faced with issue that in our custom application with embedded report "Line and Stacked Column Chart" in see data mode has wrong view (names of columns in header are duplicated):

When mentioning "Azure PBI Embedding", does it refer to Power BI Embedded Workspace collections? In this case, I don't reproduce that issue. For further investigation, could you share that specific pbixi file?

By the way, if you're still using PBI Embedded Workspace collections which is being depreciated(till 2018 Jun, as far  as I know), consider migrate them to Power BI service.

@Eric_Zhang

Yes, I mean Power BI Embedded Workspace collections. And we cannot switch to Power BI Service in short terms.

But additionally, I have checked See data mode for "Line and Stacked Column Chart" in Power BI Service and it also has the same issue even for other report:

Are there any updates?
I once again checked this problem in the PBI Service, and it's still reproduced.

Would you mind sharing the pbix file to help reproduce this issue? Do note to mask sensitive data before uploading.

@Eric_Zhang

This issue is reproduced for ANY pbix file but only in PBI Service or custom application with reports embedded within PBI Embedded functionality.

For instance, I have attached link to 'Human_Resources_Sample.pbix' file.
Please see how it looks in PBI Desktop VS PBI Service:

Please review it ASAP. This issue is reproduced since 11-15-2017.

Thanks for sharing the file. However I don't reproduce that issue.

This is how the visual looks after clicking "show data". What is the browser in your case? Could you try to test in different browers? What's going on if you publish the pbix file to another workspace?

For better support, I'd suggest you submit a support ticket.

>What is the browser in your case?
This is reproduced for different browsers (chrome, ie and so on)

>What's going on if you publish the pbix file to another workspace?
This is reproduced even for other developer in his own workspace with other dataset/report

Can you please view this visual that was published to web?
I suppose you should also see incorrect behavior as I see:

@Eric_Zhang

The issue is not reproduced.
Is it fixed from MS side?
Thanks
