Sections pane not visible for external users

For a while we've been using a dashboard to share data with a client of ours. Since this morning the sections pane, where the tabs to different pages in the report are located, is not visible for users outside of our company's domain.

As far is I know, nothing has changed and I can't find anything online.

Does anyone know what causes this?

Any update on the timing of this fix? We have several hundred external users and they can not see any tabs wwhich is really embarassing. Is there a work around for this issue?

This issue has now been fixed.  External users will see the report page tabs as expected.
