Scheduled Refresh Failure - Bad Request(400) The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface

I am getting multiple failures on Web Content API calls. Showing below error message.

Web.Contents failed to get contents from '<rest API call url>' (400): Bad Request. The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action. 

Refresh is working in PowerBI Desktop but not in PowerBI Service.

Can you please help me on this?

You may try the latest on-premises data gateway and take a look at this link.

We are using Jira API call which is has cloud resource. On-premise gateway may not work here.
