Retrieve Report From Personal Workspaces

I need to retrieve the reports froma user's Personal Workspace.  I have found no way to do this in the Admin Portal.  I can see what's in the Workspace, but cannt access it or retrieve the pbix files.  It seems like a miss that Admin cannot get to all rpeorts in the system.
