Resources exceeded error in Power BI service

Hi Power BI team

Over the past few days I have been getting an error messages in one of my Power BI reports published to the online service. It is regarding a couple of visuals that apparently have exceeded the available resources.

As suggested, I have removed 70% of the data from the model, with no effect. I also removed some of the filters on screen, etc. also with no effect. What is intriguing is that the Requested memory value does not change despite the changes I make.

The two visuals that this happens on are a Matrix and a stacked column, each with several levels of aggregation. Both are on the same Page. Visualisations on other pages do not refer to the same metric, and do not fail.

It works  fine on the desktop, but online it consistently returns the same error on the two visualisations on the page.

I also deleted the visuals and re-added them with no effect.

This is causing a roadblock to the business users as they are not able to consume the report at this stage

Your prompt response will be greatly appreciated

Thank you

Javier

@Javier_Gonzales

If you have already tried filtering the visual to reduce the amount of data in the result. I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).

And another option is to use a Premium Capacity.
