In our custom portal (designed in Angular front end) hosted in Microsoft Azure public cloud, we are using Azure Power-BI Embedded Service to natively display the Report hosted in Power-BI App tenant.
While doing so, we have found the following cookies from “app.powerbi.com” domain to be present in the Client browser :-

Seems like they are necessary in Power BI to make the dashboards work fine as far as I know.
ARRAffinitySameSite: This cookie is used to distribute traffic to the website on several servers in order to optimize response times.
WFESessionId: This cookie is necessary to enable a Power BI session, a Microsoft tool that helps visualize data.
