Report visible on Teams (web version), not visible in Teams TAB (desktop version)

We have a report that is published on Teams as a PowerBI tab.

The report is not visible in the Desktop version of Teams, but if we open the web version the report is visible.

Any ideas?

Hi @Mugur

If you add a new tab and load the single report correctly that means this is an accidental situation. Because you can load other reports to teams, you can add a new one to load this report .

Hi @Mugur

If you want to see PBI report in Teams client , must meet these requirements .

The link below provides detail operations , you can refer to it .

Add the Power BI app to Microsoft Teams - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Hi @AilsaTaoYe

I am able to see the report in the web version of teams.

In the desktop version the report is not loading. Other tabs (reports from the same workspace with the same access rights) are working fine in both versions of Teams.

Why this difference?

Hi @Mugur

If other reports in the same workspace can work fine in Teams client , the problem is in this single report. Maybe you can try adding this report to the Teams client again .

Hi @AilsaTaoYe

The problem is not with the report. If I create a new tab the report is loaded correctly.
