Report stuck in refresh loop

Hi all,

I have a report that builds on data from Sharepoint lists. The dataset is now constantly refreshing although I haven't scheduled an automated refresh. I can never test, for instance, RLS settings since the dataset is always in a refresh state. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

My query is very specifically related to the Stock Prices in India. 

How can we create a Dashboard for LIVE Stock Price from NSE & BSE in Power BI through a weblink. 

If anyone has any idea, please share the same.
