Report page won't hide when published to service

I have an existing report that was created in Power BI Desktop and published to Power BI Service. I then tried to hide one of the pages of the report in Desktop and re-publish the report to Service, but the page that was supposed to be hidden still appears in Service. However, if I publish the revised report (with the hidden page) as a new report (with a new name), the page is successfully hidden. There is clearly a bug between Desktop and Service that needs to be fixed when updating existing reports and datasets.

I have made a test but couldn't reproduce your issue. The service version on my side is 13.0.13804.93 and tenant location is East US 2 (Virginia). 

Please check clear the browser cache and try again.

@v-yuta-msft Thanks for the reply! I was having this issue all day yesterday, but I can't seem to reproduce it today. Very strange. I guess this is resolved for now. Hopefully it won't happen again.
