Report page tooltip in matrix visual

I created a report page tooltip and use it on a matrix visual. Works great, except for two things:

- the page tooltip is not shown on the total cell, instead a default tooltip is shown. The page tooltip works on row totals and on column totals but not on the 'total of all totals'.

- in empty cells in the matrix (where the corresponding measure returns a blank value) the page tooltip is shown but it, obviously, empty. It would be better to not show the tooltip at all in this case.
